Geraldine Carlin

Geraldine Carlin was born and raised here in Sydney, Cape Breton. She began her post-secondary education at 小猪视频(then UCCB) in the fall of 1983. Then continued her studies at St. F.X. as UCCB did not grant BSc. degrees at that time. She graduated with a BSc. in Biology from St. F.X. in 1987 and an M.A. in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Guelph in 1992. Geraldine has been a lecturer here at 小猪视频since 1993 and has taught courses in Introductory Psychology, Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Health Psychology, Physiological Psychology, Community Psychology and is currently developing a course in Sensation and Perception. She has taught courses on campus, on-line and in many of the First Nations Communities in Nova Scotia. Geraldines area of interest is mental health and is currently the co-chair of the Mental Health Advocacy Committee at CBU.
