Kate Krug

Assistant Professor, Anthropology and Sociology

Kate Krug practices Interpretive Political Sociology with a particular focus on genders, identities, sexualities, Queer theory and critical pedagogy. She is currently engaged in an autoethnographic adventure with the working title of 鈥淭he Stone Prince Project: Reflections of a Renaissance Butch鈥. When she is not plying her trade as a teaching academic and social justice activist, Kate can be found hanging around the beaches of Cape Breton photographing assorted waders and/or the moon in daylight.
