Residence & Dining Fees
Residence Accommodation 鈥� September 2023 to April 2024
小猪视频 offers five types of residence accommodations to students. The following financial guidelines apply to residence operations.
| Application Fee | $25.00 | Non refundable for 1st聽time residence students, this fee must be paid for residence consideration. |
| Confirmation Fee | $700.00 | Non refundable except in those cases where acceptance to 小猪视频is not granted. Fee is due once an offer of residence has been received by a student. For returning residence students, fee is due by end of May. |

Residence Withdrawal Policy
A residence student who wishes to withdraw from residence must do so officially by notifying the Residence Manager in writing. A student who withdraws from residence will remain financially responsible for the remainder of the semester, unless they are simultaneously withdrawing from all courses for the remainder of the academic year. Students who officially withdraw from residence and all 小猪视频courses are charged room fees on a proportional basis, calculated in weekly units (based on 16 weeks), in addition聽to a minimum charge of $250.00 regardless of date of withdrawal.

| Full Meal Plan This plan is mandatory for any student living in dorm-style residence. This plan includes an additional $150 worth of “Flex Dollars” to be used at Chartwell’s operated food service outlets on-campus including Harriss Hall and Tim Horton’s. Flex Dollars are non-refundable. |

| Apartment Style- Declining Balance Meal Plan This plan is mandatory for any student living in apartment-style residence. This plan is non-refundable. |

| Apartment Style Plus- Declining Balance Meal Plan This plan includes $800 worth of “Flex Dollars” for the price of $725. Flex dollars are non-refundable and can be used at Chartwell’s operated food service outlets on-campus including Harriss Hall and Tim Horton’s. By choosing this plan, you will receive a $75 credit.聽 |

Residence Meal Plan Refund Policy
Please note the following refund schedule for meal plans:
If the student departs between Sept 5 – 20 – refund at 85% and 2nd semester Jan 2 – 15 refund at 85%
If the student departs between Sept 21 – Oct 1 – refund 75% and 2nd semester Jan 16 – Jan 30 refund at 75%
If the student departs between Oct 2 – Oct 22 – refund 50% and 2nd semester Jan 31 – Feb 19 refund at 50%
After Oct 22 – no refunds and 2nd semester – After Feb 19 no refunds.
