Week of Welcome 2024

 

Week of Welcome (WOW) is CBU’s official welcome to the Caper family and is all about you, the student. You’ll learn about student supports and services, participate in fun activities and see just what campus life is like at CBU!

This semester, WOW will take place in late April, with many fun events to look forward to. There’s something for everyone to enjoy! You will also have the opportunity to take campus tours and meet faculty, staff and fellow students, allowing yourself to become familiar with the campus community right away. WOW will also give you the opportunity to learn more about services offered at 小猪视频and throughout the community.

Each September, January and May, new and returning students are encouraged to participate in the many activities and festivities offered during WOW to start your semester off on the right foot. Week of Welcome Spring/Summer 2024 Events

  • Wednesday, April 24 – 小猪视频Service Fair held in the 小猪视频Cafeteria from 10:00am-2:00pm
  • Thursday, April 25 – School Orientations for the following Schools: Nursing, Science and Technology, Arts and Social Sciences, Education and Health, Shannon School of Business (Bachelor of Business Administration/Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management)
  • Thursday, April 25 – Campus Tours following each Orientation session
  • Friday, April 26 – School Orientation for the Shannon School of Business (Post-Baccalaureate Diploma)
  • Friday, April 26 – Week of Welcome Social held in The Pit from 7:00pm-9:00pm
  • Monday, April 29 to Friday, May 10 – 小猪视频Recreation Events (Basketball, Cricket, Yoga, Volleyball and more!)
